It seems to control very much like the latest Batman or Just Cause 2 games, which may be good or bad depending on your point of view. I found the on foot portions more accurate than trying to steer the cars, which can seem both over or under powered depending on the situation. I'm using the keyboard/mouse combo so I honestly can't say if it's better with a controller or not. But I am enjoying the game a lot, and it's beautiful to look at in all its post-pockyclipse glory.TheWarriorMax wrote:Anyone want to share their opinions of how it controls on the PC?

I'm using the keyboard and mouse with a Xbox 360 controller plugged in for races and everything works perfectly. Just set it to use alternative controls to make the handbrake an available button.

I didn't even think of using a controller along with keyboard and mouseMFP_1138 wrote:I'm using the keyboard/mouse combo so I honestly can't say if it's better with a controller or not.TheWarriorMax wrote:Anyone want to share their opinions of how it controls on the PC?

I still can't decide, plus I keep playing and progressing making starting over even less attractive.

I have a question: In the game, main antagonists are Scrotus' warboys, Buzzards and, in french, Les Fauche-Morts: what is the english name for those crazy guys? Thanks

Here's a great shot of what you get for completing the story:

Chum doesn't ride in the back (no harpoons, sniper rife, thundersticks) and you can't add anything to it. Although it has the best stats you have to change your playstyle to survive.

I finally completed the storyline and was pleasantly surprised by that ending. From the movie you get several hints but when they go there it's just very... Mad Max. Also I was sort of wrong about the Interceptor's fate, but you do only acquire it and the movie shotgun+jacket for reaching the end. Loved it and hope they do a sequel.

You guys liked the ending ? I thought it was a bit weird that the Interceptor is drivable after it rolled lol.
So because Chum doesnt ride in the back, does the Interceptor got it's gas tank ? Also can anyone post a gameplay using the Interceptor if it's not a problem ?

Honestly it didn't bother me. The Magnum Opus took so many beatings, crashed through dozens of towers, rolled countless times, it should have been reduced to a small cube barely past the first hour. This is a game first. Realism is thrown out the window.

well said. but I do think maybe bringing some damage to the models in future mad max games wouldn't be the worst. it would be nice to,for instance, be able to chase a car down and break my nose cone like in the movie if I smash into the rear of them.Mad Max RW wrote:Honestly it didn't bother me. I'd love to see future downloadable content that brings back cars from the films. Imagine being able to drive the XA Wipeout, Humungous' rig, maybe even some Fury Road vehicles for good measure.
