I would expect at least some of her scenes should make it to the DVD release - there seems to be a fair bit of back story to her character, and she seems to be a reference to the whole "word burgers" storyline, which really doesn't appear in the final film.
From "The Art of Mad Max Fury Road" book (page 90 for those of you following at home)
THE SELF TATTOOED Miss Giddy, played by Jennifer Hagan, is a living history book and tutor for the Wives. When they flee, Miss Giddy dies under torture rather than betray them.
Fury Road makeup designer Lesley Vanderwalt explains both the purpose and look of Miss Giddy. "There's no books in this world. That's why we have the History People like Miss Giddy, [who are] tattooing themselves furiously and keeping the history of these worlds..."
The book has a picture of her on the Doof Wagon with Rictus & the Organ Mechanic - seems like it is the scene described in the article above.
The last scene ends with Miss Giddy on the ground next to Splendid's body and i'm assuming being attacked by crows as it says in the unfinished shot but this is not what i was expecting after reading the earlier article on Angus Sampson cut scenes.
So what happened to the stabbing and armpit licking?
This moment in that deleted scene it looked like it could have played out further and been the shot how Angus Sampson described it.

I have to wonder if the scene how it plays out perhaps is a deleted scene from it's PG test screenings? It's all i can think of for it being different to how Angus recalled it.

Also i have to wonder if the shot before it changes to the bike doing the circle work around Giddy and Splendid at the end may have been the scene he mentions that was showing i guess what would have been the final scene of Organic?
Throwbacks to the original trilogy never end with this one.
The bike making a circle around Miss Giddy reminds of the Toecutter's burnout circles they were making whenever they stopped to cause trouble (i.e. Wee Jerusalem, after demolishing the red Chevy Bel-Air)
It's great how The People Eater isn't really part of the team and doesn't buy into the whole Immortan Joe cult. That would make sense, he wasn't part of Immortan Joe's gang from the beginning (according to the comic books). It's awesome to see prime Imperators giving out orders. The scene with the baby made me genuinely LOL. Some mother she is - the baby's about to die in a year, well fuck him then, here's a tit, take me up!
