In 2008 at Little River some nice clips were shown for all to see.
This included an extended version of the bikers crash on the bridge.
It was only 10secs or so longer, but again proves the footage is there.
Does this scene can be seen somewhere ?
And also, maybe someone knows, where i can find the scan, txt or pdf of first MM movie script ?
the best extra footage shown that night was the footage of the nightriders Monaro when it had the first rocket fired and shot across into the paddock totally missing the truck/drums to crash into. Then the second take where it was tied to run along a winch cable for a direct hit as they only had the two solid fuel rockets to use.....

at this stage the owner wont release the footage but they did let us watch it that night, the select group of 150 or so in the marquee that night would just about be the only people that have seen it I would think. bloody awesome it was

KMM still have ALL the original footage, complete and uncut. There are literally hours of unseen footage in there. As to if it will ever be seen again, who knows. I'm pretty sure some of the footage will be in a soon to be released doco on Mad Max.
This is a pic of the original MM2 film boxes from just a few months ago. MM1 was a couple of pallets along. The entire KMM film archive was there. Moved now to secure archive storage.

Shit. KMM, just copy it straight to DVD, forget about editing it, and the fans will buy it even if it is a 5 or 10 DVD set. yeah, I'll buy the lot.
