Can anyone shed anymore light on this character's presence in the movie??

I'm guessing he's somewhat of a Wez/Ironbar style henchmen? Just wondered if he's up to Lord Wez's high standard as a No 2?

ok then that probably is the big guy that stomps on Max in the screenshot I attached. So he is with Immortan Joe in the film rather then with the Gasstown gang from the above concept art?

Rictus Erectus is a latin for "Mouth/Jaws upright", so based on the conceptual art + trailer, he probably had a muscle/bone deformity around the jaw area and he needs to wear that rubber strips on his face (this the trailer screen screenshot) to keep his jaw in place.
