The stunt car ran a 302 clevland,automatic and borgwarner diff.It was rolled at least three times down Red Hill before it was blown up.Can't say for sure that the drive line was removed prior to roll over but was before it was blown up.The bonnet was welded shut around the seems in many places.The c...

Great pix Frank,that's local speedway champion Glen Parsons.He and his GF performed the "wheelie" over the lookout.The Parson name is legendary in outback NSW.

Vernon has at least four stunt-doubles during the making.Ranging from the "wheelie" ,the jump through the wreck,body double while attacking the Mack on route to compound and an acrobatic double inside the compound.
