Don't know the film. But it must be Australian. It looks like a Holden VN Commodore next to an 80 series Toyota Landcruiser. Both with police span lights on the roof. This means it would have been filmed in the early 1990's? The car that the camera is in is resting on its roof and the steering wheel...
